About The Blog
What make us who we are? For me, it's the lessons I learn in the struggle to complete the goals I set for myself. Since becoming a mom, the majority of these tasks revolve around balancing motherhood with my responsibilities as a functioning adult and making purposeful steps towards my goals. My life is wild, fun, sometimes painful and just plain lovely. It is my hope that by reading my blogs you get tips, laughs and maybe even tears as you join me in my beautiful struggles.

I met my husband my freshman year in college in 2005. We dated off and on until our engagement in 2009. We were married on October 17, 2010 at the Biblical Arts Museum in Dallas and the rest is history!
How many kids do you have?

I work as an Operations Manager at a banking company. I'm also pursuing my business degree (BBA) at American Intercontinental University. My education end goal is to obtain an MBA.
What do you do for fun?
I've always loved to write. I'm an avid gamer (when the kids allow). My husband has also turned me into a crazy audiobook addict, Historical Fiction is my favorite genre but i'll read anything. I also love watching movies with my kids, walks around the neighborhood and most importantly.........NAPS!
Why do you blog?
Writing is an old love of mine. It's easy to get away from things that give you peace when you are busy trying to chase after kids, be a good wife, love Jesus and stay healthy. This blog is a platform for me to get back into something I love while combining it with my crazy experiences that come with motherhood.
